How to open the electronic monthly ticket function?
Log in to the citizen card APP, enter the home page, click on the QR code payment, select the "50% discount" area below, and pass the real name authentication to open the monthly ticket function.
Recharged for the first time
After the electronic monthly ticket function is activated, the first use needs to be recharged, starting from a minimum of 50 yuan, increasing by a multiple of 5 yuan. The balance is insufficient. When recharging again, it will be charged in multiples of 5 yuan. If there is a historical monthly bill owed, the amount of the arrears must be repaid before refilling. The monthly monthly pass can be recharged after the 15th of the month.

Currently, the range of support bus line is 1-499, 652, 653, 654, 655, 659, 660, 671, 672, 673, 674, 675, 676, 700-799line under the Hangzhou Public Transport Group (main city, Xiaoshan, Yuhang, Fuyang).Micro-bus, BRT and BRT feeder lines.

2. Because the electronic monthly ticket itself has certain preferential features, the refund rules are also slightly different. The monthly monthly ticket, refunded before the 10th of the month (including 10th), can be refunded 50% of the fee, 20% refunded on 11-20 days, 1% of the actual refund amount will be charged when refunding, and refund will not be supported after 20 days.
3. Due to the special nature of the electronic monthly ticket, the system's background settlement period is from 23:30 at the end of each month to 1:30 (2 hours) at the end of the month. During this period, the bus does not support the electronic monthly ticket scanning.
