The official launch of the project marks that all bus lines in Tongliao City have more than 400 buses open to accept the UnionPay IC card flash payment, mobile phone flash payment and UnionPay QR code payment service. Nearly 100 peoples attended the launching ceremony of the People's Bank of China Tongliao City Branch, Tongliao City Transportation Bureau, Tongliao Branch of various commercial banks and Tongliao Business Department of non-financial payment institution and various media and other related units.

At the same time, China UnionPay Inner Mongolia Branch launched a mobile phone flash payment, QR code to pay 50% off the convenience activities of the people to promote the publicity activities, so that passengers can enjoy safe and convenient travel experience, but also enjoy the real inclusive financial services.
